  • The hotel is located 80 meters away from the metro station 'Mairie de Clichy' on line 13. It will allows you to reach in a few minutes the heart of Paris (Place de Clichy, the Champs Elysées, Invalides ...)

    The reception is open 24/7. The door may be closed from 11pm to midnight for security reasons, but a doorbell is available to call the night watchman. You can also call the hotel at 00 33 1 47 37 17 01 for someone to open the door for you.

    What are the check-in and check-out times?

    Check-in is possible from 3pm, and check-out must be done before 12pm. Luggage storage is available for free if you arrive earlier. The reception is open 24 hours a day.

    Is it possible to check out of the room after 12 p.m.? 

    Late checkouts are subject to hotel availability and may incur an additional charge depending on the departure time. Alternatively, we would be happy to store your luggage in our luggage storage for the day.

    Is the spa located in the room?

    No, our wellness area is located in a dedicated area of 40 m², available by reservation only and can be privatized only for you and your friends if you wish for a 45-minute session.     Our spa offers a whirlpool that can accommodate up to 6 people and a sauna for 3 people. A shower and a changing room are also available for your comfort.

    How to book a private spa slot?

    The spa can be included in your reservation or added for an additional fee. In any case, to book, please contact the reception. Access to the spa is subject to availability. We highly recommend you to book your slot in advance. 

    Are there any age restrictions to access the spa?

    The spa is accessible to all our guests who have booked a private slot, but children must be accompanied by an adult. Access to the sauna is prohibited for children under 16 years of age for safety reasons.

    Our secure parking is only a 5-minute walk from the hotel, at the following address: 20 rue Charles Paradinas, 92110 Clichy. You must obtain an access badge at the reception before going there. A short-term parking spot is available in front of the hotel for parking and retrieving the access badge.

    Can I leave my car at the parking for longer or drop it off earlier?

    The parking availability hours are the same as for your room, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 PM the following day. If you need to leave your car before 3:00 PM or after 12:00 PM, you will need to pay for the previous or next day's slot, which is €12.

    Does the hotel have an outdoor area?

    Yes, we have a very charming green and shaded garden that will allow you to enjoy breakfast or a drink outdoors. The garden opens directly onto the rooms, ensuring discretion and calm. It is accessible until 11:00 p.m., but the receptionist may close access earlier in the event of noise pollution or disruptive behavior.

    Do you have facilities for meetings or events?

    We do not have specific facilities for meetings or events. Our common areas include a breakfast room, a lounge, and a garden accessible to all our guests. However, we have a co-working space located 3 minutes on foot from the hotel where meeting rooms can be rented at very competitive prices. It is called "Work & Share", located at 6 rue des Bateliers in Clichy.

    Do you accept pets?

    Yes, we accept pets without additional charges in our establishment provided they are well-behaved and do not pose a risk of causing damage to the establishment or others. Please inform the reception in advance if you plan to bring a pet.

    From Monday to Friday: from 6:30 am to 10 am. On weekends and French public holidays: from 7 am to 10:30 am.

    What is the price of breakfast and how can I book it?

    Breakfast costs €12 per person per day. It is a continental breakfast buffet with many items hot & cold, salty and sweet (scrambled eggs, bacon, french pastries, bread, fresh fruits, cheese…) Please check if breakfast is included in your reservation or contact the reception by email at or by phone at 00 33 1 47 37 17 01 to add it.

    Do you offer gluten-free or lactose-free dairy products in your breakfast menu?

    We can offer you products adapted to your dietary needs, but you must inform us at least 48 hours before your arrival date so that we can provide special items for you.

    Do you offer a restaurant or a room service ?

    No, we do not have a restaurant, but we offer a catering solution with cheese or cold cuts platters, or already prepared dishes that we reheat. An in-room dining menu is available, but it is necessary to go down to reception to collect your meal tray. Preparation time varies from 20 to 40 minutes depending on the crowd. We advise you to order in advance. If need we also have excellent restaurant recommendations around our establishment that will delight your taste buds. Don't hesitate to ask us.

    Do you offer a beverage service and what are the hours?

    Our establishment has a category IV license and can therefore serve alcoholic beverages as well as other drinks. The bar is open from 2pm to 2am, provided that consumption does not disturb other guests. The receptionist may decide to close the bar earlier in case of noise nuisance or disruptive behavior.
